Ultraplate (transition plate)

Ultraplate is made from a carbon fiber reinforced calcium silicate insulation board.The premium quality material is composed of superior heat-resistant xonotlite crystal with special reinforced fiber.

Characteristic

  • Xonotlite crystals with excellent heat resistance can be directly in contact with molten aluminum alloys.
  • The special reinforcing fiber can resist the thermal shock generated by high-temperature molten aluminum alloy, which is beneficial for continuous use and prolongs the service life of the product.
  • The smooth, non-porous surface allows for easy removal of any metal residue without damaging components after cooling.
  • The minimal thermal conductivity retains the high thermal insulation effect of molten aluminum and contributes to the energy reservation of manufacturing equipment.
